ORDERING

1. What currency are your prices listed in?

All of the prices on our shop are listed in CAD. If you live in another country, the transaction will automatically be converted to your local currency on your bank/credit card statement. 

2. Are there taxes? If so, what are the rates?

All purchases made and delivered within Canada are subject to the applicable sales tax rate of your province. The provincial sales tax rates of each province are listed below: 

Ontario, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador and New Brunswick

 There are no sales tax applied on international orders – lucky you.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

4. I just placed an order, is there any way I can cancel it?

Sadly, we won’t be able to cancel an order once it’s been submitted and you’ve received a confirmation order. Our team has worked hard on nailing a fulfilment process that ensures all orders are packed and shipped efficiently. A cancellation would disrupt our workflow processes and potentially cause a delay in shipping orders :( 

TRACKING & SHIPPING

5. I placed an order but I didn’t get a tracking number yet! When should I expect it?

After every order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of the payment. As soon as our fulfilment team picks and packs your order,  you’ll automatically get a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking number for either Canada Post (for Canadian addresses) or UPS (for international addresses). We strive to get you your packages out within 2-5 business days so you should expect it within this time frame. If you don’t receive this shipping confirmation within 2-5 business days, email us at info@live-country.com and we’ll look into it for you.

6. Where do you ship from?

All orders placed are shipped out from Ontario, Canada.

7. I don’t live in Canada – what countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally for most of our products through UPS and DHL. If you do place an order from another country, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties levied by your country’s border services.

8. How long does it take for my package to arrive?

At checkout, you have the option of choosing what method you’d prefer – please note that shipping prices vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. The average delivery times are as follows:

Expedited Parcel (Canada Only)

International

7+ business days

 

Shipments destined for the United States or international countries may be subject to customs, which may delay your package. Please note that Peace Collective Inc. is not responsible for any customs or duties charges that are levied by the destination country.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

9. What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept exchanges and returns for store credit within 30 days of the date the package was received. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. All returned merchandise will be offered an exchange or store credit only.

10. I want to return or exchange my order - how do I do this?
You can fill out your return and exchange request here and our customer support team will get back to you in soon as possible.
